Alutech Systems, the UK operation for the Alutech Group, will be exhibiting at BAU 2019 – the World’s Leading Trade Fair of architectural solutions, construction systems and building materials – on 14th to 19th January 2019 in Munich, Germany.

Taking a more space this year of 126 m² at stand C1.220 (hall C1, stand 220), Alutech, one of the largest aluminium extruders in the world, will be launching a number of new products for both commercial and residential markets, giving fabricators a first chance to see them before they arrive in the UK.

The larger stand allows for better demonstration capability, including 29 full-size profile structures integrated in 4 modules, as well as about 10 small models. The panorama of the starry Minsk city skyline provides a back drop to the stand, showing key engineering projects of the Belarusian capital, including those built using Alutech profile systems.

Alutech Systems will welcome a party of over 30 guests from over 10 UK companies to the renowned Munich exhibition, where they will see the latest launches from the Belarus-based extruder that will be rolled out across the UK over the course of next year, including the new solutions of ALT W72 frame system, ALT EF65 unitized curtain wall system, ALT SL160 thermally insulated lift-and-slide system and a number of other modern engineering design solutions.

The ALT W72 thermally broken balcony door with low threshold is intended for the assembly of terrace and balcony entrance groups of various configurations and complexity, that comply with current European standards with the threshold height of no more than 20 mm and to which increased thermal and acoustic insulation requirements are applied.

Also on show, and new to the ALT W72 range, is the thermally broken window with hidden sash. This complex universal system is intended for production of windows with a hidden sash. The significant visual advantage of such solution is the absence of visible external aluminum sash profiles. This makes the translucent facade look similar both in the fixed and in the opening part.
